Bill has more than thirty years of operational experience in various sectors of finance having
held senior management roles at USBank (commercial banking, portfolio management and
capital markets), the US Farm Credit System (agricultural cooperative finance), General Motors
Finance (mortgage banking, distressed asset servicing and trade finance). He began his career
as a commodities broker working on the trading floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Since the mid 1990’s he has worked on numerous development finance projects in Central Asia, the Balkans and in Africa. He holds a BS degree in finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
