Mr. Wallace has more than twenty five years of experience in agriculture development working in over 30 countries.  Since October, 2014 Scott has been serving as the Principal of Wallace & Associates.  During that time, he has actively supported the design of agriculture development strategies including the portfolio design of a fertilizer strategy for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Currently, Scott is leading a study to identify appropriate financing tools that can be used to strengthen the supply and improve the availability of inorganic fertilizer in Africa in preparation of the African Union Commission’s Africa Fertilizer and Soil Health Summit.
